Jodie has twelve years experience designing and making individual handmade jewellery. The talented designer studied Jewellery and Silversmithing at UCE in Birmingham before going on to work for designer Scott Wilson in London for seven years. Here she created collections for trade shows including London Fashion Week and one off commission pieces for major fashion houses and celebrities including Julien MacDonald, Pringle, Frost French, Swarovski, Robbie Williams, Sugababes and Kylie.

Jodie then returned to Cardiff and in 2008 set up her own business. She said "After months of preparation, "I am absolutely thrilled to launch my first collection."

The Ribbon group of the latest collection is taken from moment you unravel a roll of satin ribbon, it twists and loops, as you lift it a knot forms. She manipulates the metal so it sits comfortably around the hand or body.

Alongside this collection, Jodie has designed and made a number of unique bespoke pieces for clients, which have been given as treasured gifts or marked special occasions including engagement and wedding rings. Jodie gets huge satisfaction from both the creative process and seeing the end result in people’s lives.

“In 2010 I will continue to establish myself within leading galleries and shops throughout the U.K., whilst developing and expanding my range. Ultimately I seek to create wearable jewellery that makes a statement on and off the body.”
