Shipping AND Returns
Some items are held in stock but most of the jewellery is made to order. If an item is in stock it will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 5 days of placing the order. Items that need to be made to order will be delivered in 2-3 weeks.
Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only.
If you require an item urgently for a special date or event please contact Jodie and she will try her best to accommodate your requirements.
All orders are sent using UK Royal Mail signed-for services and a signature is required on receipt. Postage charge for other orders within the UK and international is Free
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are there to sign for delivery of the goods and have supplied a correct and complete delivery address. Once the goods have passed to Royal Mail, Jodie cannot be responsible for delays in delivery or damages.
Please note that customers are responsible for all duties and customs charges.
Your jewellery will be packaged safely and securely in a jewellery box with and delivered in a bubble wrapped envelope.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase simply return the goods, unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Please inform us of your intention to return goods by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. All goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery to receive an exchange or refund (minus the cost of postage and packaging). Unfortunately commissioned or personalised items cannot be exchanged unless faulty. All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 30 days. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
You are responsible for arranging and paying for goods to be returned using a delivery service which ensures the item is tracked and insured during transit.
